Instructions

Step 1

In order to switch the language, simply click once with the left mouse button on the language icon and select the required language from the menu called up.

Step 2

There are several things you can do with the language bar. Call the menu of these actions by clicking once with the right mouse button on the language icon. Let's take a look at a few actions on the language bar.

Select the menu item "Restore the taskbar". The panel appears in the upper right corner and disappears from the notification area. If you need to return the language bar back, just drag it with the left mouse button to its original place. By right-clicking on the language bar, a menu will appear similar to what we have already examined, but several more items will appear in it:

- transparency - the panel will become transparent;

- text labels - the name of the language will be fully displayed on the panel;

- vertically - the panel will be displayed vertically.

Step 3

Select the "Options" menu item. You will see the window for setting the language panel "Languages and text input services". Select one of the installed input languages for use by default from the drop-down list at the top. You can add the required language or remove the extra one with the buttons of the same name.

Step 4

Customize your keyboard settings to switch the language as you like. To do this, select the "Switch keyboard" tab. Here you can configure the disabling of the CAPS Lock mode, a keyboard shortcut for switching languages, as well as enabling the desired language with a separate key.

To configure the desired mode, select it with the mouse and click the "Change keyboard shortcut" button. Select the desired combination and click OK.
