Step 1
We turn on the computer and load the operating system. We connect a voice headset - the green connector is to the headphone output of the sound card, the pink one is the microphone input.
Step 2
We launch the Skype program using the icon on the desktop or through the menu of the "Start" button. At the end of the download, the number of Skype users will appear at the bottom of the program window. It currently has over 20 million subscribers.
Step 3
The main place in the program window is the list of contacts of the PC user. To see everyone who is on Skype, you need to activate the "Contacts" tab with the mouse and put a tick in front of "All contacts". The subscribers entered into the database by the user will be displayed on the screen as a general list. Online ones will be displayed with a green icon with a white check mark, missing ones - with a gray icon with a cross.
Step 4
To view everyone who is on Skype, you can use the "Reference" function. If "Compact view mode" is enabled, then we activate the "Reference" tab at the bottom of the program window with the mouse. In the window that appears, you can search for people by name and email address, as well as search for businesses and organizations.
Step 5
We activate the function "Find friends who already have Skype". In the window that opens, social networks and address books of mail programs are available. To view everyone who is on Skype, we import addresses from them. The program will search its database and return the result.
Step 6
We select the necessary subscribers from the list, focusing on the coincidence of age, name and e-mail address.
