So, this CMS provides the user with the ability to edit files, editing of which is highly undesirable and can lead to system malfunctions.
An excessively rigid connection of some elements of the system leads to the fact that due to the presence of an error in one of the many files that make up the body of the HTML page, the entire site may collapse. The abundance of parameters and various attributes confuses the average user, as a result of which he is again forced to contact a 1C specialist for support.
It should be noted that Bitrix technical support is by no means free, and this suggests that no one is going to facilitate user interaction with the system. Paid technical support brings a lot of money to the company, and given the extreme prevalence of the myth that 1C is the "best business management system", as a result of which this system is popular, users can hardly count on alleviating the situation and simplifying this CMS.
