Step 1
Choose a laptop or desktop computer. Connect your ISP cable to this equipment. Purchase a PCI network card or USB-LAN adapter. Install this device in your computer and turn it on. It is possible to use a PCI card with multiple LAN ports.

Update the drivers for the selected adapter. Purchase a suitable network hub and connect this unit to the mains. Connect with it desktop computers and laptops that will be part of your network. Use pre-prepared network cables for this.

Now connect the ISP cable to the server computer. Set up your internet connection. Open the properties of this connection and select the "Access" menu. Activate the item "Allow this connection to be used by other network users" by checking the box next to it. In the next line, select your local network. Save the connection settings and restart it.
Step 4
Open the properties of another network card that is connected to the hub. In the properties of the TCP / IP protocol, specify the static IP address 109.109.109.1. Remember this value. Save the settings of this network card.
Step 5
Configure the rest of the networked computers so that they can access the Internet using the first PC as a server. Open the properties of the TCP / IP protocol. Choose to use a static IP address. Set all network computers to IP values that differ from the server address by only the fourth segment.
Step 6
Be sure to fill in the Default Gateway and Preferred DNS Server fields. Enter the value for the IP address of the server computer. If some computers are not able to access the Internet, check the firewall and anti-virus settings on the host PC.
