The return of navigators to the seller is carried out in the same way as any other technically complex product with a warranty period established for it. This action is recommended by consumer protection law, namely Articles 18 to 23.

Step 1
Carefully read the terms of warranty service for the product you purchased. If you want to return your navigator with a defect that you discovered after purchase, please return it to the store with all the documents you have and in the same configuration before the expiration of the warranty for a quality check or examination. The sooner you find a defect in the product, the faster and easier the refund will be, however, everything may depend on the seller. The period cannot exceed 10 days from the date of purchase.
Step 2
If you find a breakdown of the navigator that arose through no fault of yours during the warranty period, also return the goods to the seller for examination and subsequent refund (may depend on the results of the check). The refund period will also be 10 days, even if the examination takes longer. Each day of delay in the due date for the examination, the seller obliges to pay you a penalty in the amount of a certain percentage of the paid value of the goods.
Step 3
In order to return a navigator of proper quality, which simply does not suit you for any reason found out after purchase and not related to a malfunction, talk to the seller or director of the store where you purchased the product.
Step 4
At the same time, please note that the navigator is a technically complex product, for which a warranty period is set, therefore, in this case, no one is obliged to return money for it, but many sellers are willing to meet buyers in this matter, especially if the product is returned on the same the next day, provided that the factory stickers are preserved and the proper appearance is maintained. This also applies to packaging and packaging.
