A little less than half of the population of Russia uses facsimile services. First of all, it is a convenient way of forwarding documents between company secretaries, sending confidential information. Basically, a fax is sent from one machine to another, but if it is not there, you can use the Internet.

Step 1
In the global network there are many programs for sending fax messages over the Internet, they can be used both for a fee and for free. But besides them, there is also the possibility of sending letters online.
Step 2
You can find the program in various Internet search engines. This software can work both when connected to the Internet and offline. When using the latter, all data sent by fax will be transmitted only after an Internet connection is established.

Before sending, you should scan the document to be sent to your computer.

There is a link "Send fax" in the program interface. After clicking on it, the system will offer to attach the required document and enter the subscriber's number. After filling in all the fields, click the "Submit" button. Your message will be sent to the addressee shortly.
Step 5
Another way to send fax messages is through online resources. Having found the required site, you should fill out the form. Usually it contains the recipient's coordinates, as well as the attached file to be sent.
Step 6
Some programs or Internet resources offer to enter the sender's number. If you want the subscriber to whom the message is addressed to see your number, you should indicate it. If you do not fill in this field, the recipient will not display your number or it will be incorrect.
