Nowadays the navigator has become an indispensable companion of the traveler, it will help to orientate in any city for which you have a map. These devices are suitable for both car and pedestrian travel.

Instructions
Step 1
Download atlases for the navigator from the following links: https://www.gpsvsem.ru/map.php?id=553/, https://www.gpsvsem.ru/map.php?id=743/. Connect the navigator to your computer, open it in the "Explorer" program
Step 2
Install maps before creating a new atlas in the navigator. Create a dedicated folder for third-party User Maps in the root folder of your memory card. Make another folder in it, which will contain the downloaded map, name it, for example, Karelia.
Step 3
To install several third-party maps, create a separate directory for each of them in the UserMap folder, but if the description for the maps indicates that they are consistent and can be used in one atlas, then copy them into one folder.
Step 4
Open the downloaded archive with maps in the WinRAR program, unpack it into the already created folder to create an atlas in the navigator.
Step 5
Next, start the Navitel device, before that, be sure to insert a memory card into it. Click on the button to go to the program menu, select "Open atlas" (sequence of commands for navigators version 3.5 and higher: "Settings" - "Map" - "Open atlas").
Step 6
Click the folder icon to create a new atlas, select the Storage Card command, locate the created folder for UserMaps.
Step 7
Click on the UserMaps folder icon, open it, then click on the Karelia folder, note that the folder icon indicates that maps are found in it. Select the "Create Atlas" command, wait for the indexing to complete, click the checkbox button. Alternatively, you can click on the folder and choose the Index Atlas command. If the atlas is not in the list, click on the icon with a folder and a green arrow, and the screen will display a list of device folders.
Step 8
Select "Enter" in the context menu, then "Up one level", select a folder. In case of successful creation of a new atlas, the program will open your loaded map, and then you can open it from the list of atlases.
