Step 1
Write an application to join the party. Indicate in it the last name, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth, passport details and address of the main residence. State the reason for the decision to join the party. Indicate agreement with the party charter and a commitment to abide by it.
Step 2
Submit the application to the regional party office at your place of permanent or primary residence.
Step 3
After a positive decision on admission to "Fair Russia" is made, the candidate of the party becomes its member, which automatically gives legal force to his rights and duties as a party member.
Step 4
The decision on the application to join the party is taken by the Bureau of the Council of the regional branch. The term for consideration of the application in this case is more than two months from the date of its submission by the applicant. If the application is sent to the Central Council or the Presidium of the Central Council, then this period is increased to three months.
Step 5
In case of violation of these conditions, the applicant has the right to apply to the higher party bodies - the Presidium of the Central Council, the Politburo or the Organizing Bureau of the Presidium, with a complaint about the actions of the local branches of the party.
