Sometimes it becomes necessary to combine several video files with each other, for example, a downloaded movie turns out to be split into several parts, or you need to create a video using many fragments. To connect video files, special programs are used - video editors, consider working with one of such programs - VirtualDub.
Instructions
Step 1
To combine multiple video files using VirtualDub, the files must have the same fps, i.e. the same number of frames per second, if this is not the case, then first this indicator needs to be aligned in all files.
Suppose there are several files with the same fps, for example, obtained when capturing a video.
Step 2
Start the VirtualDub program and open the first of the files to be merged in it, with this file the movie will begin.
Step 3
In the File menu, select Append AVI segment, in the window that opens, select the next file, it will be attached to the end of the previous one. In this way, attach all the fragments of the future video, observing the necessary sequence.
Step 4
From the File menu, select Save as AVI and save the resulting movie.
