The installation of devices often depends on the version of the operating system. Step 2
In cases where devices are poorly identified, work incorrectly, they need to be searched using the operating system. To do this, you need to right-click on "my computer" and select "properties", then switch to the "device manager" tab and then search for the required devices. If they have an "undefined" icon, you can click several times and install the driver. Sometimes, however, this is not required. With a USB flash drive, this method is universal if the device does not want to be detected immediately.
Step 3
Sometimes when installing an additional hard drive, it is not detected when you first turn it on. No drivers are needed for it to be detected. You just need to right-click on "my computer", and there select "manage", then you need to click "disk management". After that, the hard drive should be determined. However, for correct operation, it is still desirable to format it in any way you like. The most standard one will do.
