You can cut out the desired frames from any video image. To carry out this process, you can use some video players and video processing programs.

Instructions
Step 1
The easiest way to crop a frame from a video is to use a media player. Even free programs, such as KMPlayer, are suitable for this. The advantage of this utility is that it is adapted to work with most of the well-known video formats. Download this program. Install KMPlayer on your computer.
Step 2
Run the utility shortcut that appears on the desktop. Click the "Open" button and select the video file from which the frames will be saved. Right-click on the image that appears, open the "Settings" submenu and put a check mark next to the "Advanced menu" item.
Step 3
Now go to the desired point and click the "Pause" button. Open the player properties again and go to the "Video (General)" submenu. Hover over the Capture field and select Capture Current Frame.
Step 4
After opening a new menu, select a folder to save the image and enter its name. Repeat the described algorithm to save other frames.
Step 5
If you want to more accurately select the desired image, use Adobe Premier. Install Movie Maker utility as a free alternative.
Step 6
Start the selected program. Go to the "File" tab. Open the "Import Video" item. Select the desired video file. Move it to the render bar. Wait for the download of the fragments to complete.
Step 7
Now select the desired frame, select it with the right mouse button and select "Save". Start the Windows built-in paint image editor.
Step 8
Right-click on an empty area of the working window and select "Paste". Save the resulting image by pressing the Ctrl and S keys. Select the appropriate format for this file. Repeat this procedure to save other frames.
