It is a dark gray strip that contains: the Windows Start button, the current time, connected devices, network connection, and the language input settings icon, etc. If you accidentally move the toolbar to the top of the screen, to the right or left his side - you can easily return her to her usual position.
Instructions
Step 1
Move the mouse over the dark gray area of the toolbar free of icons and press the right mouse button. In the window that opens, select "Properties". Click on the "Properties" line with the left mouse button. This will open the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box.
Step 2
On the Taskbar tab, in the Taskbar Appearance section, you will see the following functions: dock the taskbar, automatically hide the taskbar, display the taskbar on top of other windows, group similar taskbar buttons, and display the quick launch bar. Uncheck the "Dock the taskbar" checkbox. You can now move the panel to the bottom of the screen.
Step 3
In order not to face the problem of stretching or shrinking the toolbar, and to quickly move it, place the mouse arrow exactly between the Start button and the line of contact with the screen. In other words, move the arrow to a small gap between the dark gray background of the toolbar and the screen. Then press and hold the left mouse button.
Step 4
Move the toolbar to the bottom of the screen. Further, in order to avoid accidental movement, follow the same steps described earlier, and put a tick in the item "Dock the taskbar".
