Instructions
Step 1
Visit the store where the laptop was purchased and find out which service center it works with.
Step 2
Go to this service and ask the specialists to establish a laptop defect. He should be sent for examination, and you will be given an act and an invoice. The service will establish that there was already a defect when buying a computer, there was no interference with the laptop. By law, a service center can keep a laptop under examination for no more than two weeks. Otherwise, the money is obliged to return (or exchange the goods for another).
Step 3
In the store, write a claim in duplicate (with a request for a refund).
Step 4
Get your money back or a new laptop. Options such as reducing its price or eliminating shortcomings are also possible.
