You can test games directly from your computer without launching them on your phone or installing them every time. Having launched the program for a mobile device on a PC, you can decide in advance on the functionality of the application and find out whether it is worth installing on a phone at all. Java emulators will help you with this.

Step 1
The emulator simulates the operation of a mobile device. Most of the games and applications for phones are written using the Java programming language, and therefore, you first need to install a software environment on your computer that can run mobile utilities.
Step 2
Go to the Java website and download the latest Java 2 Runtime Environment package. Run the downloaded file and complete the installation according to the instructions of the installer.
Step 3
Download the emulator program for your phone model. Most often, you can find such utilities on the website of your device manufacturer or on the Internet. To emulate Nokia with Symbian 9.4, you can download the Nokia SDK S60 5th Edition. Samsung SDKs are supplied for each line of devices separately. Most Sony Ericsson use a similar Java machine, which means there is only one emulator - SDK for CLDS. Install the downloaded application and launch it using the shortcut on the desktop or through the Start menu.
Step 4
In the window that opens, select the File - Open tab and specify the path to the file in the.jad or.jar format. If the game has started successfully and works completely correctly, you can safely copy it to your phone.
Step 5
If you cannot find an emulator specifically for your phone model, use such universal utilities as Java SjBoy, Kemulator or MidpX. Of the shortcomings of these programs, it can be noted that with their help you will not be able to determine whether the selected Java will work on your device or not.
