Many users have already learned how to install the Windows operating system using familiar devices: a DVD drive and an installation disc with the system. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to install an operating system from a disk. There can be many reasons: a broken drive, its absence at the moment, or at all (we are talking about netbooks). There is one great way to solve this problem - to install the operating system from a USB flash drive. The disadvantage of this method is that you either need a DVD drive on another computer or laptop, or a ready-made installation flash drive.

Step 1
This method is not suitable for computers with relatively old BIOS versions, because they were not designed to use USB devices before the Windows shell was started. Create an installation USB stick. To do this, insert the Windows disk into the drive of any PC or laptop, and the USB flash drive into a free USB slot on the same hardware. Create an ISO disk image from the operating system. To do this, you can use the DeamonTools or Alchogol Soft programs.
Step 2
Download the Windows 7 USB / DVD Download Tool. Format your USB stick. Run the program and, following the step-by-step instructions, install the Windows 7 operating system image on your USB flash drive.
Step 3
Restart your computer and press Del at the start of startup to enter BIOS. Open the Boot Device Priority tab and make your USB device the first in the list.
Step 4
Save changes and restart your computer. Next, install the operating system in the standard way.
