Many users, having bought a personal computer or laptop of their dreams, face a problem - Vista is initially installed on it, which is not very convenient for work. You can, of course, get used to this version, or you can reinstall the software shell.
Instructions
Step 1
To get started, save all your files and software installed on your computer to a portable hard drive or use a CD.

Then rewrite the codes for the names of the computer devices. To do this, go to the "Start" menu located in the lower left corner of the screen. Select the tab "Settings", "System", "Device Manager". In the list that appears, right-click on the first device, select the "Properties" tab, "Details".
Step 3
Copy the device instance code, consisting of numbers and symbols, on a separate piece of paper. This operation must be done with each device, which will help you in the future easily install the drivers necessary for work.

Then choose the software system you want to use instead of Vista. Be sure to check the disk - a broken or broken product will cause you trouble, and it will take a long time to find and install a working version.
Step 5
Insert the bootable disc into your disc reader and restart your computer. Using the "Esc" button on a personal computer, enter the BIOS and change in the "First device to access" window "Winchester" to "Disc reader". Laptops automatically access CD-ROMs first.
Step 6
Restart your computer again if you had to change the settings in the BIOS, and wait until the data is read from the boot disk.

Further, the system itself will prompt you for further steps. First you need to format your computer's hard drive, then split it into new segments of the size you choose, creating conditional drives "C" and "D". Formatting must be done in order to completely remove Vista from the computer: it is not possible to demolish some files and registries manually using special programs.

Install the new software shell, following the system prompts, to drive "C". After waiting for the download to complete, go to the "Device Manager" tab and check if all devices are detected and work correctly. In the case of unknown or malfunctioning devices, mark their codes on the previously prepared information sheet.
Step 9
Use the Internet or driver disks to find the missing drivers for the required devices. There are special sites that automatically determine the name of the device and the driver required for it by the code of the device instance entered in a separate window. Be sure to check that the drivers can work specifically for your version of the software system.
Step 10
Your computer is now ready for further use. Transfer all the information you need, saved on a separate medium, to disk "D" and be happy to get started. Also store the necessary drivers on the "D" drive in a separate folder. This will help you in the future, if necessary, not to waste time searching and installing them.
