Step 1
The most logical and easiest way to uninstall the Windows Vista operating system is to install a new operating system. Turn on the laptop and press the F2 or Delete key. Wait for the BIOS menu to open. Find the item responsible for selecting the boot device. It is usually called Boot Device Priority.
Step 2
Prioritize boot from laptop DVD drive. Open its tray and insert the Windows operating system installation disc into it. Close the tray and press the F10 key to save the settings and restart the mobile computer.

Press an arbitrary key after the Press any key to boot from CD message appears. Wait until the preparation of the files required to start the installation of the system is completed. After a few steps, a menu will appear displaying a list of partitions on the laptop's hard drive.

If you are installing the Windows XP operating system, then select the disk partition on which Windows Vista is installed and select the "Format to FAT32 (NTFS)" option. Confirm the start of the cleaning procedure for the selected partition. Install the new OS.
