If the computer administrator runs the selected application as a service, then another user who is logged on under his account will not be able to terminate this program. How can this be done?

Instructions
Step 1
Download the sravny utility package, which consists of two executable files - instsrv.exe and sravny.exe and go to the main Start menu to launch the Command Prompt tool as a computer administrator.
Step 2
Enter the value "command line" in the search field and open the context menu of the found object by clicking the right mouse button.
Step 3
Specify Run as administrator and enter instsrv service_name% windir% / sravny.exe, where service_name is the desired service name for the selected program, in the command line field to run the sravny.exe file.
Step 4
Press the Enter softkey to confirm the command and return to the main Start menu to configure the created service.
Step 5
Go to the "Settings" item and expand the "Control Panel" link.
Step 6
Select the "Services" item and call the service menu of the previously created service by double-clicking.
Step 7
Select the Automatic item in the dialog box that opens to automatically start the created service when the computer boots, Manual to start it manually, or Disabled to cancel the startup, and apply the checkbox to the Allow Service to Interact with Desktop field to display the service in windowed mode.
Step 8
Return to the main Start menu and go to Run to launch the Registry Editor tool.
Step 9
Enter regedit in the Open field and click OK to confirm the command.
Step 10
Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / System / CurrentControlSet / Services registry key and find the name of the newly created service.
Step 11
Create a Parameters section in it, and in it an Application subsection of the REG_SZ type, and specify in it the full path to the executable file of the selected application.
Step 12
Restart your computer to apply the selected changes.
