Instructions
Step 1
Log in to the system using the standard method using your account and open the main menu of the Microsoft Windows XP operating system by clicking the "Start" button.

Go to Run and enter control panel in the Open field.

Confirm the execution of the command for launching the Control Panel tool by clicking OK and open the User Accounts node in the panel window that opens.

Select Change User Logon in the Select Job section and uncheck the Use Welcome Page box in the new dialog box.

Confirm the command by clicking OK, or return to the main Start menu for an alternate procedure to turn off the welcome screen.

Go to the Run dialog again and enter the value control.exe userpasswords2 in the Open field.

Select the Users tab in the dialog box that opens and uncheck the Require username and password box.

Confirm the application of the selected changes by clicking the OK button or use the option of automatic login with a single user. To do this, go back to the main menu "Start" and call the "Run" dialog.

Enter regedit in the Open field and confirm the launch of the Registry Editor tool by clicking OK.

Select the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / Software / Microsoft / WindowsNT / CurrentVersion / Logon and open the DefaultUserName parameter by double-clicking it.

Enter your account name and confirm with OK.

Expand the DefaultPassword parameter by double clicking and enter your password in the "Value" line.

Confirm your choice by clicking OK and double-click on the AutoAdminLogon parameter.
Step 14
Enter the value 1 in the "Value" line and confirm your choice by pressing the OK button.

Exit the Registry Editor tool and restart your computer to apply the selected changes.
