Some users prefer to work with modified copies of the Windows operating system. To install the so-called assemblies, you must follow some recommendations.

Instructions
Step 1
Start the procedure for installing the operating system as usual. Turn on your computer or laptop and press the Del key to enter the BIOS menu. Find the Boot Device menu. It should contain the Boot Device Priority item. Open it up.
Step 2
Set the DVD drive as the primary bootable device. Insert the Windows installation disc into this device and restart your computer.
Step 3
Press any key to boot from CD will appear on the screen while the computer boots. Press any key on your keyboard to boot from disk. The following is the algorithm for installing the assembly of the Windows XP operating system.
Step 4
Wait while the program prepares some of the files required to start the OS installation process. If you are dealing with a multi-system disk, then select the build version of the operating system that you want to install. Be sure to check the compatibility of this version with your computer in advance.
Step 5
In the next window, select the hard disk partition on which you want to install this operating system. Select the option "Format partition to …" If the size of the partition is more than 32 GB, then specify the file system NTFS.
Step 6
Press the F key to confirm the start of the partition formatting process. Once completed, the installation of the operating system will start automatically. During this process, the computer will restart two times.
Step 7
After the first and second computer reboots, the Press any key to boot from CD line will reappear. Never press any keys. Otherwise, the Windows XP build installation process will start over.
Step 8
Be sure to update the drivers for all devices after you turn on the operating system ready for use for the first time. For this purpose, we recommend using the Sam Drivers and Driver Pack Solution programs.
