Instructions

Step 1

You should start by finding the right font that will set the tone of the inscription and be combined with the image in the photo. To do this, you can use one of the sites where you can find and download fonts for every taste for free: www.xfont.ru, www.ifont.ru, www.fontov.net etc

Step 2

Try, for example, to find a font on the site www.xfont.ru. Use the table at the top of the page. After choosing a font, click on its name. Here you can see how the whole alphabet will look if you use this font option. Please note that some fonts do not support Cyrillic. If you have made your choice, click the "Download" button located at the bottom of the page. Then double-click on the downloaded file, and in the dialog box that opens, click the "Install" button

Step 3

Now launch the Picasa program on your computer, which can be downloaded from the developers' official website at www.picasa.google.com, and select the desired photo on your computer. Open the photo by double-clicking on it. In the left pane, find the Basic Operations tab and select the Text item

Step 4

A toolbar will appear on which you can select a font (the font you have installed will also be in the list), color, size, transparency, edging - in short, everything you need to create a beautiful and original inscription. You can also move the label, increase or decrease its size using a convenient and intuitive text management tool. To save the result, press Ctrl + S or choose the Save As command from the File menu.
