Currently, in a network game, there are frequent cases of deception, when players enter special codes and receive superpowers that make them invulnerable and elusive to rivals. There are several ways to find out if someone is actually a cheater or cheater.
Instructions
Step 1
Check players for superpowers. If you notice that during the game, opponents are acting suspiciously, for example, moving too fast, using unfamiliar weapons or vehicles, or gaining too many points, this indicates that they are trying to win by fraudulent means.
Step 2
Find out if God Mode is on. In this mode, the player becomes immortal. It is not difficult to find out, it is enough to see if it is possible to kill an opponent, and how many times in one round or match he can die. If you attack a player consistently during the match, but he suspiciously easily avoids attacks, while not dying even from the strongest weapon, then you are most likely a cheater.
Step 3
Estimate the playing speed of the game. If you have a slow internet connection, this will be difficult to understand. But if you notice that the rounds are longer than expected, and the players move more slowly, then perhaps one of them is cheating and trying to gain an advantage by slowing down the game.
Step 4
Check if the game freezes in a strange way. This deception strategy is called "Standby" and occurs when someone interrupts the Internet connection for a short time. This makes every character in the game stop. But the person who initiated the interruption will continue to move and can harm other players with impunity. Pay attention to the list of players: when the connection is broken, the names of all users, except for the initiator, usually disappear from it.
Step 5
See if the current game mode includes or excludes cheating. Often cheating is included on purpose in order to diversify the course of the game, agreeing about it in advance. If you have connected to a server with a similar mode, then it is better to disconnect beforehand and find another community of players playing fair.
