Step 1
In order to start the import procedure, you need to go to the "Administration" section and select the "Import" item. For the most part, all the import settings that you see in front of you are suitable for many users, but sometimes they require some adjustment.

When adding a file with the extension.xls, you need to create a new add-in. Click on the "Add" item.

In this window, you can set additional options for the add-in. To add an additional user to the system, the basic rules must be observed: the new user must be visible not only to the administrator, but also to another circle of persons. This circle of persons can be seen on the "Assignable User Rights" or "User Groups" tab. Here you can also assign rights to a new Iris CRM member.
