How the game will go depends on the player's ping value on the server: without crashes, freezes and lags, or vice versa. The higher the player's ping value, the greater the likelihood of various interference. To avoid these problems, set a ping limit on your game server.

Step 1
Set a ping limit on your Counter Strike server to avoid the appearance of "laggers", due to which lags will appear on the server, or the so-called "walking teleports" will start walking around the map.
Step 2
Open the folder with the game server, go to the Cstrike / cfg directory, open the Mani_Server. Cfg file using Notepad to set the ping limit. Find the following value in the file: Mani_High_Ping_Kick. After it, put 1 to enable ping limiting, and vice versa, 0 to disable it.
Step 3
Configure the limiting function. To do this, write in the Mani_High_Ping_Kick_Ping_Limit line the maximum allowed ping value for players on the server. It is recommended to set it in the range from 200 to 300, no more.
Step 4
Use the Kick_Samples_Required line to set the number of latency checks on the player before being kicked by the server. The check is performed once every one and a half seconds.
Step 5
Use the Mani_High_Ping_Kick_Message line to enter the message shown to the player kicked for the ping, followed by the text in quotes. After installing all the necessary settings, restart the server for the changes to take effect.
Step 6
Use the Better-Hpk plugin to set ping limits on the server. Add the following line in the amxx.cfg file: hpk_ping_max and enter the value of the player's maximum ping on the server. Separately, you can set the maximum value at night using the hpk_ping_max_night command.
Step 7
Set the night time start time accordingly using the Hpk_Nigth_Start_Hour line, and hpk_nigth_end_hour to set the end. Use the hpk_ping_time line to set the interval between checks.
