Disable Kaspersky Anti-Virus for a specified time.
Such an action most often becomes relevant at the moment when the user wants to play a computer game. The need to suspend the antivirus is due to the fact that some games start to freeze when the software is turned on, which makes it impossible to enjoy the gameplay. To temporarily suspend the operation of Kaspersky Anti-Virus, you must perform the following steps.

On the taskbar, hover over the antivirus software icon and right-click on it. In the menu that opens, left-click on the "Pause protection" section. Next, you need to determine the time during which the anti-virus will be inactive. As you will notice, after the set time, the button for saving the settings will not appear in the window - to apply the new parameters, left-click on the "Pause for the specified time" window itself. After the expiration of the time specified by you, the program will be launched automatically.
Step 3
If you want to completely disable Kaspersky Anti-Virus, you need to proceed as follows. Just as in the case of temporary suspension of protection, right-click on the antivirus icon and select "Exit". In this case, the anti-virus program will be terminated until you reactivate it. The downside of this method is the fact that users often forget to turn on the antivirus, as a result of which the computer becomes infected with malware.
