Technical reasons
To determine the cause of a malfunction in Wi-Fi signal reception, you need to find out if the netbook is capable of receiving this signal. This implies several cases. As you know, in order for a device to receive a Wi-Fi signal, it must have an appropriate receiver for this signal. If there is none in the netbook, then data transfer via the wireless network is not possible.
Open the control panel of your netbook's OS and go to the "Device Manager" section. A window will open listing all devices in the netbook. Find a group of devices called "Network adapters" at the bottom of the list and click on the triangle that expands the list of equipment in the group. Among all installed network adapters, find the adapter that has the word "Wireless" in its name. Go to your netbook manufacturer's website and download the drivers for your Wireless network adapter.
