Step 2
If the virus has blocked the desktop of the personal computer, then you can start "System Restore" through the command line. Press the hotkeys Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up the Task Manager. If you have Internet access, you can use the LiveCD program. Download this program from an uninfected computer (https://download.geo.drweb.com/pub/drweb/livecd/drweb-livecd-600.iso) and install on a blank disk. Insert this disc into the drive of the infected personal computer and restart the Windows operating system. It will automatically scan for and remove viruses and malware from your PC.
