All print settings are made in the "Print" dialog box. The interface of this window in different programs is slightly different in the number of parameters and settings. For example, voluminous graphics software packages have several tabs in the "Print" window that allow for "pre-printing" preparation of a graphic file. Step 1
Select the block of text on the page that you would like to print on the first sheet. To do this, click on the left margin of the document next to the first selected line and move the cursor down to the last line. Another selection method is to left-click in front of the first word and, pressing the Shift key, click after the last word of the selected block of text.

Click the Print icon on the program toolbar, or launch the Print command from the File pull-down menu. In the "Print" dialog box in the "Pages" section, check the "Selection" radio button. Confirm the action by clicking OK. Do it again for the rest of the text.

Another way involves changing the page of the document itself. To do this, place the cursor after the last character that you would like to print on the first page. Select the "Insert" item in the menu bar. The list will expand, where you should select the "Break …" command. In the dialog box, select "New Page". The rest of the text will be carried over to the second page.
Step 4
Send the document for printing by clicking the "Print" button or through the "File-Print" menu item. In this case, the document will be printed on two sheets without specifying additional parameters.

If you need to set up printing on several sheets in Excel, then enter the menu "View - Page Layout" and, grabbing the dotted line of the page border with the mouse, set them to the desired position.
