Having trouble printing your presentation? Are all your attempts unsuccessful? Do not worry. All ingenious is simple! Just a couple of consecutive steps and your presentation will be printed.
Instructions
Step 1
There are several ways to print your presentation. Use whichever suits you best. The first method is to print in PowerPoint itself. After you have finished creating your presentation, click in the main menu "file", then select "print". In the dialog box that opens, you will be prompted to make a choice. You can print all slides at once or one by one, that is, only those that are needed.
Step 2
You can also do otherwise. Just press the Ctrl and P keys on your keyboard at the same time without switching to English mode. And you will see exactly the same window as in step 1. Then follow the sequential actions to select the functions you need and click OK.
Step 3
If you still have not been able to print your presentation, then try using an alternative option, namely: under the menu items there is a standard bookmark bar on which you can find the "print" icon. With it, you can easily print the entire presentation. You just need to click the icon once.
Step 4
The simplest of all is the latter. You just need to save the document not as a presentation, but as pictures. After that, they will need to be opened and sent to print.
