Opera is a popular web browser that gained its popularity thanks to the options offered in the program and the number of available settings and extensions. For example, you can customize the settings for the home page that appears after starting the program.
Instructions
Step 1
Wait for the browser to launch. After that, click on the Opera button located in the upper left part of the program window. You will see a context menu with which you can configure all the parameters available in the application.

Move the mouse cursor over the section "Settings" - "General settings". You will see a window with the basic parameters of the browser that affect the use of it for browsing the Internet.

In the opened tab "General" you will see the block of settings "Set the behavior of the browser at startup". In the line "Home", enter the address of the Opera home page as an entry https://www.opera.com. You can also specify in this field any other resource that you most often visit using your browser. If you want the page currently open in your browser to be launched when the program starts, click on the "Current page" button to make it your home page.
Step 4
After making the settings, click on the "OK" button to apply the changes. To make sure that all the parameters were specified correctly, restart the browser by closing it, and then restarting it using the appropriate shortcut. After restarting, you will see the previously selected start page. Configuring the Opera home page is now complete.
