Step 2

To decode, enter the text in the "Window" and click "Decode from UTF8". The original text will be obtained.

The TCODE program can be used for decoding. It helps to recover the text. TCODE can be downloaded from the Internet. Install it on your computer and run it. The main window opens. Enter the required text and click "Recode". As a result, 100% recognized information is displayed.

Step 4

Recognizes the data and the Stirlitz program. Download it on the Internet and upload it to your computer. Opening it, you will see a window. The toolbar is located there.

Open File. Find the "Open" item and select the required file.

Step 6

In the "Edit" column, select "Decode". You will end up with a ciphertext. On the toolbar, the types of encodings are arranged in a row. You can choose any.

Step 7

To decode the data, do the same. Press "Decode" and in response the text in Russian. From the Stirlitz program, you can immediately print information. To do this, select the "Print" column in the File and that's it.
