Step 1
Make sure the volume control in your speakers is set to the correct position for audibility. Also check that the connection between the speakers and the sound card in your computer is working, as poor-quality and faulty cables can significantly impair hearing.

Open the Windows operating system volume control in the lower right corner of the taskbar, which is marked with a special icon. Adjust the sound level to the desired level and make sure it is not at zero.

Open the audio player and play any sound file on your computer, then adjust the volume in this program.

In case of problems with the audibility of the played audio recordings, check the software you are using for errors, and also try to play the file with another player installed on your computer.

If you have problems in general with the sounds of the system, and not only when playing files, open the corresponding item in the settings in the control panel, which is responsible for sounds and audio devices.

Make sure adapter sound is turned on, select hardware check. If it fails, check the connection of the cable to the card and the operation of the speakers by connecting a third-party playback device to them.
