The Windows XP operating system provides support for many languages, and you can choose the one you need in literally two minutes, the only problem is how to enter characters that are different from those on your keyboard.

Instructions
Step 1
Install Kazakh language support. To do this, open the main menu with the "Start" button, select "Control Panel", there go to the "Regional and Language Options" menu. In the "Languages" tab, select "Details". In the language selection menu, select the Kazakh language. To add the Kazakh language to the system, you may need an installation disc. In order not to write it, it is enough to download the image of the installation disk and mount it using a special program, for example, Daemon Tools.
Step 2
Install Kazakh language support for Microsoft Office programs. From the main menu, select Programs, then Microsoft Office Tools and Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings. Go to the "Available languages" tab, select the required language (Kazakh) and click on the "Add" button.
Step 3
Go to the site where you can download the Kazakh font. To do this, download the archive with fonts. These archives contain more than a hundred font families, there are also decorative fonts with ornaments and national symbols. There are fonts that are similar in spelling, but have different encodings. After downloading the archive, unpack it to any folder to apply the Kazakh font. Next, select all the font files in the folder, click "Copy". Go to the C: / WINDOWS / Fonts folder, paste the copied files and wait for the Kazakh fonts to be installed.
Step 4
Check the correct installation of the fonts on your computer, for this go to a specialized site and make sure that you see Kazakh characters at the top of the screen. If instead of them you see incomprehensible symbols, click on the "Download archive" link and unpack its contents after downloading to the C: / WINDOWS / Fonts folder. Reboot your computer.
