On a personal computer, sometimes you only have to use a mouse (for example, in games or some programs). In such cases, you can disable the keyboard or simply block the keys. The key locking process is very simple and does not take much time. Unlocking the keyboard is also easy.

Instructions
Step 1
First, press and hold the Shift button on the right for eight seconds.
Step 2
After holding down the "Shift" key, you will see the "Input Filtering" window. It provides general information about the Key Filter function. This option does not completely block the keyboard, but only enables the mode of ignoring short and repeated keystrokes.
Step 3
To enable the mode of partial keyboard locking, press the "OK" button in the information window, to cancel - the "Cancel" button. To configure the input filtering mode, click the "Options" button.
Step 4
After clicking the "Options" button, the "Accessibility" window will appear in front of you, in which there are three blocks: "Sticky Keys", "Input Filtering" and "Sound Mode Switching". To configure Sticky Keys settings, click the "Settings" button in the second block ("Sticky Keys").
Step 5
In the Filter Mode Settings window, you can configure basic Sticky Keys settings (for example, conditions for activating a mode, mode settings, and the type of notification when Sticky Mode is enabled). After you have made all the necessary settings, click the "OK" button located at the bottom of the window.
