Step 1
The most important keys for the player are Shift, Ctrl and Space. In gaming keyboards, these buttons are highlighted in color, and manufacturers add a set of additional overlays. How to insert the spacebar if it is out of order, and the keyboard turns out to be universal? Use the simplest way. Replace the spacebar with Ctrl + V. To do this, click "Start", then "Run". In the window that appears, type the charmap command and select the 00A0 code. Just press select and then copy. That's it, you can insert spaces with the Ctrl + V key combination.
Step 2
Reassign keyboard keys using special programs. Take on the Key Remapper program. Use it to set new values for keyboard keys and mouse buttons. You do not need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. Just assign Shift as Enter, swap the mouse buttons. Change the assignment of the standard commands in the game. The program is turned on and off with the F8 button.
Step 3
Change the key mapping using Key Transformation. Assign Ctrl or Alt instead of the broken key. Replace awkward keyboard shortcuts with one button, for example, instead of the frequently used combination in games Ctrl + C, set F2. The utility is also useful in that you can assign up to 130 characters to the same key.

By the way, keep in mind that general cleaning of the keyboard by pulling out all the keys can break the Space key. The long key has a special lock, which breaks easily if handled carelessly. If the key becomes unruly after cleaning, repair it with two thin screwdrivers. Pull out the key by grasping the middle part. Then try to insert both ends of the shackle into the base of the keyboard. Place the key in place and press it until you hear a characteristic click.
