Finding and fixing the root cause of error message problems requires running Windows Vista or Windows 7 using a minimal set of drivers and auto-loading programs called a "clean start".
Instructions
Step 1
Click the Start button to bring up the main system menu and enter msconfig.exe in the search bar to launch the System Configuration Utility.
Step 2
Press the Enter key to confirm the execution of the command and enter the computer administrator password (if necessary) to confirm your authority.
Step 3
Apply the checkbox to the Selective startup field on the General tab of the System Configuration window that opens and uncheck the Load startup items box.
Step 4
Go to the Services tab and apply the checkbox to the Do not display Microsoft services.
Step 5
Click the Disable All button and confirm your selection by clicking OK.
Step 6
Select the "Restart" item and wait for the operation to complete.
Step 7
Repeat all of the above steps to return to the Service tab and apply the check box next to Do not display Microsoft services.
Step 8
Apply the check boxes for half of the services in the Services list and click OK to confirm your selection.
Step 9
Select the "Restart" item and wait for the operation to complete.
Step 10
Repeat all of the above steps in case of error messages until you can identify the service that is calling them. If there are no services that are causing the problem, follow these steps.

Perform a clean startup and go to the Startup tab.

Apply the check boxes for half of the Startup Item list items and click OK to confirm your selection.

Select "Restart" and wait for the operation to complete.
Step 14
Repeat this sequence to identify the problematic startup item.
Step 15
Contact the manufacturer of the program or service causing the error messages to determine if the problem can be resolved.

Run System Restore and uncheck the box of the problematic item after it completes.

Click the "Start" button to enter the main menu of the system and enter the value msconfig.exe in the search bar to set the computer to normal startup.
Step 18
Press the Enter key to execute the command and go to the General tab of the dialog box that opens.

Select the Normal Startup option and press the OK button to execute the command.
Step 20
Confirm the computer restart in a new warning dialog box.
