Important information stored on the memory card (videos, music, photos, documents, etc.) may become unavailable if you forget the access password. There are several ways to cope with this problem, allowing you to recover or, in extreme cases, reset your password.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have a smartphone, go to system files at: C: / System / or C: / Sys /. Find the mmcstore file and change its resolution by adding.txt at the end of the name. It will turn out mmcstore.txt. Open it, you will see a list of symbols, among which find the password. In your case, this is "123456".
Step 2
Insert the locked card into a compatible smartphone and format the media. In this case, the password will be automatically deleted. In addition, you will also lose all data stored on the memory card, so use this method with extreme caution. If you need to remove the password in the smartphone, then insert the blocked card into another smartphone, but with the Symbian OS version higher and perform the same operations.
Step 3
To remove the password from the Nokia phone flash drive, use J. A. F. (Just Another Flasher) and Nokia Unlocker. To do this, connect your phone to your computer (laptop), run J. A. F., go to the BB5 menu in the upper part of the window and put a check mark next to the Read PM field. Then click the Service button on the right side of the window. In the Select PM start address form that opens, click on the OK button. A window will open in which, instead of the number 0, enter 512 and click OK again. In the window that appears, specify the storage location for the file and click "Save". After that, the information will begin to be processed. Launch Nokia Unlocker, specify the path to the saved file and open it. In the window that opens, follow the "Define" link, after which you will know the forgotten password.
Step 4
To unlock a memory card with the loss of all data stored on it, use a special USB SD / SDHC / MMC memory Unlock anti-blocker. This method is relevant if the information stored on the media can be deleted.
