In a local network, you can search not only for files or documents, but also computers. There are many programs that provide their users with the ability to find the information they need. You can also find a specific computer on the network. To do this, you just need to know its IP address.
Necessary
- - computer;
- - one of the programs: AngryIp scanner, NetSearch, NetView.
Instructions
Step 1

A window will open in front of you. You can configure the program settings. Go to the Tools section and then click on Preferences. Be sure to check the box on the Scan dead hosts tab which don't reply to ping. This will allow the scan to run more slowly and still find more proxies. In the Ports option, specify the ports. In the P Range box, enter the search ranges. Then press the Start button. The search process has started. It remains only to wait a while and see the results. Before you will be a whole list of computers

You will be able to send a message to the user of the found computer. In the program settings, you can make the NetSearch program start automatically. To do this, set the parameters to NetSearch.exe auto
Step 3
NetView is a program that searches for IP addresses, computer names. The program does not have an official website, but you can download it on the software portal www.soft.oszone.net. Install any interface language convenient for you. This can be done in the settings. To start scanning, just click on the "Network Scanner" button in the "Tools" or "Launch Scanner" section. The result will appear in the center of the working window. If you click on one of the computer names, you can edit. The user can also enter the IP addresses he wants to find. NetView will scan the network and give you the result. For work, you can use any of the listed programs.
