First, invoke the task manager of the windows operating system. Then click on the Processes tab and see which objects are consuming a lot of processor power. Just go to a search engine and read its description. Thus, you can remove unnecessary processes from the system, which increase the processor load.

Then enter the word msconfig in the Run window. Go to the startup tab. Remove all unnecessary programs that you do not need. After all, they run together with windows and can significantly slow down the system. You can remove all programs, it will not interfere with the operation of the operating system. Leave only the antivirus.

After completing these steps, look at the result. You can see the processor load in the task manager in the performance tab. If this is not enough, you should defragment the disks. Too fragmented files not only slow down the reading and operation of programs, but also take away a significant part of the processor's performance. If you do not want to defragment the entire hard drive, then do it on the system drive (where windows is installed). This will help take some of the load off the processor.

Clean up the operating system from temporary files. Use the Ccleaner program. In some cases, it frees up several tens of gigabytes of space. It also provides a registry cleaning function. Perform this operation, and you will not only get more free space, but also reduce the processor load.
