Step 1
To copy the disc, open "My Computer". Find the CD / DVD drive you inserted the disc into. Right-click on the disk icon - click "Open".

Select all files on the disk with the right mouse button - select "Copy" from the context menu. The same effect will be obtained by pressing Ctrl + A (to select all files) and Ctrl + C (to copy the selected files).
Step 3
Create a folder or open one previously created to copy files from disk to it. Right-click - select "Paste" from the context menu. The same effect can be obtained by pressing Ctrl + V.
Step 4
Remove the disc from which you copied the information from the drive. Insert a blank disc. Open it through the context menu of the disk. Use the "Burn files to CD" function - click "Next". Then transfer the folder with the files to a blank disc and follow all the requirements of the "CD Writing Wizard".
Step 5
As mentioned above, copying can be done in several ways. The next way is to copy with the Nero program. Our task is to make a virtual disk. Such a disc can be mounted on a drive or burned as a new disc. An image file (virtual disk) is an exact copy of the CD / DVD that will be stored on your hard disk.
Step 6
Start the Nero Express program. In the main window of the program, select "Disk image or save project". Nero will then present you with several disk image formats, select the one that suits you best.
Step 7
Click on the desired image - click "Open" - you will see a window for recording the image. In this window, you need to set several parameters:
- image file - this field will be inactive, in principle it does not need to be changed. To change the type of image, click the button opposite this item;
- destination drive - select the drive from which the disk will be read;
- write speed - select the speed of writing to the hard disk.
- number of copies - to create multiple copies of your disk, change the value.
- check the data after writing to the disc - the recorded data is to be compared with the original.
Step 8
After editing these settings, click the "Next" button. The entire recording process will take place automatically.
