Speed dialing in the phone makes it easier for the user to work with the list of contacts. This function is present in almost every model of mobile device, the first button is usually responsible for calling the voice mail center.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the menu of your phone, which is responsible for the list of contacts. Go to the speed dialing function of the subscriber and press the button from one to nine (in some cases, from two to nine). Enter the number of the subscriber that you want to set for a quick call, if it was previously entered in the phone book list, select the number from the contact. Do this for the rest of the subscribers you call most often.
Step 2
If your phone has a record of numbers by cell number, remember the numbers assigned to certain subscribers. After that, in standby mode, enter the cell number and press the button with the hash icon. After that, the screen of your mobile device should display a contact and a list of actions that you can perform with respect to it. This function is available mainly to owners of old mobile phones.
Step 3
In idle mode, start spelling the name of the contact that is in your phone book. At the same time, as you type, some contacts from the list will gradually appear on your screen, select the one you need using the up and down arrow buttons.
Step 4
Press the call button if you want to make a regular voice call. If you want to make a video call or send an SMS message, select one of the actions in the contact's context menu. This option is available mainly for owners of Nokia mobile devices.
Step 5
If you want to add contacts for speed dialing in your home phone, proceed in the same way - add the subscriber to the phone book and set those whom you call most often to speed dial.
