Sometimes, during artistic processing of photographs, it is required to change the proportions of any details of people's faces. So, big eyes give the impression of openness. If you enlarge your lips, you can add exquisite sensuality to your face. Similar manipulations can be done in Adobe Photoshop.

Step 1
In Adobe Photoshop, upload a photo where you want to enlarge the lips. In the File section of the main menu, select the "Open …" item or press Ctrl + O on your keyboard. The Open dialog will appear. Navigate in it to the directory with the desired file. Select it from the list. Click the "Open" button.
Step 2
Zoom in so that the image of the lips that you will be working with occupies a large area in the document window. This is necessary for accurate application of Adobe Photoshop tools. Use the Zoom Tool or enter a suitable value in the text field located in the status bar.
Step 3
Start enlarging your lips by scaling their image. This method should be used if it is necessary to enlarge the lips, and not add fullness to them. Select the area occupied by the lips. Use the tools of the Lasso group or the quick mask. If necessary, adjust the selection using the items in the Modify section of the Select menu.

Enlarge your lips. Select Edit, Transform, Scale from the menu. Move the borders of the appeared frame with the mouse until the required size is obtained. If you need to scale the image proportionally, do it while holding down the Shift key. To apply the changes, double-click inside the selected area or select any tool on the panel, then click the Apply button in the dialog that appears.

Smooth out the borders of the new lip image. Activate the Blur Tool. Select a brush of the appropriate size using the Brush control in the top bar. Set the Strength parameter to 10-20%. Brush on the areas where there is a sharp border between the transformed and the old image.
Step 6
Go for lip augmentation by adding volume to them. Press Ctrl + Shift + X or select Filter and Luquify… from the menu. The filter window will open.
Step 7
Press the Zoom Tool button and zoom in the view so that it is convenient to work. Click the Bloat Tool button. In the Brush Size field, set the size of the brush. It should be slightly larger than the lip height. In the Brush Pressure field, select the degree to which the brush will affect the image. Try starting at 30%. Click with the mouse in those places of the lips, which need to add volume. Monitor the result. Click OK to apply the changes to the image.
Step 8
Save the processing results. When you are ready to overwrite the original file, press Ctrl + S. However, it is better to create a new file with the modified image. To do this, press Ctrl + Shift + S, enter a new name, select the storage type and directory, click the "Save" button.
