Instructions
Step 1
Launch the Nod 32 program. Click on the program shortcut in the lower right corner of the screen (in the tray). Select the "Update" option. In the window that opens, click on the message “Anti-virus databases are out of date. Update now. " Connect the Internet, the update of the Nod 32 program will start. Wait until the process is complete, then to install the downloaded updates, you must restart your computer.
Step 2
Install Nod 32 database updates on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. To do this, go to the site https://uahub.info/forum/showthread.php?t=2707. Download updates to a folder on your computer, then copy them to a USB flash drive or disk. Go to the computer on which you want to update the Nod antivirus, extract the files from the archive to any folder, launch the NOD program, go to the control center, select the "Update" menu. Then click the "Settings" button, in the "Automatic update settings" menu select the "Servers" item
Step 3
Click the Add button in this window to update your Nod antivirus. In the window that will open, enter the path to the folder containing the databases for the anti-virus. Confirm the two windows, click the "OK" button. Next, in the window that is still open, "Configure Automatic Updates", in the "Location" item, select the "Server" menu. Select the already created local path in this menu and confirm your choice, click the "OK" button. In the Update window, click the Update Now button. After the update is complete, restart your computer.
Step 4
Transfer the databases to update the Nod 32 antivirus from one computer to another. To do this, open the C: / Program files / ESET / folder on the update source computer. In this folder, find files of the type nod32.000, nod32.002, as well as the updfiles folder. Copy these objects. In the copied updfiles folder, delete all objects except the following files: upd.ver and lastupd.ver. Transfer all other objects from this folder to the computer where you need to update the Nod 32 databases. Follow the instructions of the previous two points.
