Modern anti-virus programs have a very broad "spectrum of action". They treat infected files, control information coming from the Internet, track the contents of e-mail messages, and monitor programs loaded into the computer's RAM. At the same time, they, as a rule, choose the method of dealing with the threat on their own. But sometimes the user just needs to delete the infected files, and not try to cure or isolate them.

Instructions
Step 1
When scanning the computer, Nod32 first tries to cure infected files or move them to quarantine. If this is not possible, the user is given a choice of actions, including the removal of the dangerous object. Select this action and the infected file will be deleted.
Step 2
Most of the infected files are quarantined as a result of the scan. This is a special folder with limited access, in which malware cannot harm your computer. You can delete quarantined files manually.
Step 3
Open the Nod32 control window. To do this, click on its shortcut in the taskbar with the left mouse button, in the list that opens, select the line "Open window". Switch the antivirus control panel to advanced mode (the "View" hyperlink in the lower left corner of the window).
Step 4
Select "Utilities" from the list on the left side of the window. A list of items will appear in the right part of the window, one of which is called "Quarantine". Activate it. In the window that appears, all infected files that are currently in quarantine will be shown. Select the files you want to delete and press the Delete key.
