This is where you can add a new account, delete an existing one, set a password for the account, change or delete it. Choose "Create Account".

You will be prompted to enter a name for the new account and select its type - administrator or user with limited rights. By choosing the first, the user of the new account will receive unlimited rights and freedom of action in working with the computer. If you create a limited entry, the user will not be able to install programs on their own and will receive some more restrictions.
