Step 3

When you restart your computer, it will boot from floppy media. At this stage, you will need to go to the "Recovery environment" section. The program will perform all the necessary operations by itself, you just need to restart your computer.

A recovery disk is created only as a last resort, when there is no original system distribution kit on a floppy disk. With a standard installation disc, you can boot and run the necessary operations.

To create a recovery disc, you must open the "Control Panel" from the "Start" menu. In the window that opens, double-click on the "Backup and Restore" icon, on the left side of the window, click on the "Create a system recovery disc" link. Insert a blank disc into the drive tray, recording will start in a few seconds. When the writing process is complete, the drive tray will automatically be pulled out.
