We often have to recover data from a computer that has been deleted by unknown means. Many people are unaware of the fact that almost all deleted data on every computer can be recovered. This is done using programs that have been developed for just such a purpose. At the moment, there are many programs that allow you to recover about 80% of the lost information.
Instructions
Step 1
The first way to recover lost data or cancel any operations is to use the standard features of the Windows XP operating system. Go to "Start" -> "Programs" -> "Accessories" -> "System Tools" and select "System Restore". This feature will allow you to revert your system to an earlier run time period. You will be presented with two recovery methods. The first one is to select a specific restore point, which are automatically saved in the system. That is, you simply choose to restore the system to an earlier period of time for the PC.
Step 2
The second method allows you to choose your own system restore point. Choose the method that suits you best and click "Restore". After that, the system will restart your computer and all those programs and files that existed at the time period to which the system was returned will be installed.
Step 3
You will also be able to undo the system restore and return everything to its previous state. Important tip: After installing the operating system, try to immediately create a system restore point so that you can return to this period of time at any time.
