Necessary

  • - Daemon Tools;
  • - 7z;
  • - Ultra ISO.

Instructions

Step 1

If you do not need to preserve the integrity of the ISO image, then extract the files from it and burn them separately on two discs. Install the Daemon Tools program and mount the image to a virtual drive. Copy all the files contained in the disk image to a separate directory. Start the Nero program and write down all the necessary files, dividing them into two sets. In this case, you must use the "Data DVD" option.

Step 2

Please note that this method is not suitable for burning a full game image or ISO file created from a multiboot disc. Install WinRar or 7z software. Right-click on the ISO image and select "Add to archive". After opening a new window, select the required backup options.

Step 3

Be sure to split the archive into two parts. Set the maximum size for a single item to 4 GB. This will allow you to split the image so that each part fits on a DVD. Burn the resulting archives onto two disks. Remember that to open a whole archive you need both parts of it.

Step 4

If you do not want to create image archives, then use the Ultra ISO program. Use it to split the ISO image into two elements and burn them to DVD media. Please note that you will need Ultra ISO again to merge the images.

Step 5

When burning ISO files to a disc using Nero, use the DVD-Rom (ISO) option. This method will ensure optimal quality of data recording.
