In order to disable the Security System, open "Start" - "Control Panel". Next, select "Services" and open "Administrative Tools". Select Security Center from the list of services. By double-clicking on this item, select "Properties", then "Startup Type", and click "Disabled".
Step 2
If you did everything correctly, the Security System will be disabled, but it will not stop displaying its notifications. In order to completely remove all Security System notifications, open the command line console by pressing the Win + R key combination, then enter cmd.exe in the window that appears and press the Enter key. In the Command Prompt Console, enter the following command: REG DELETE "HKCRCLSID {FD6905CE-952F-41F1-9A6F-135D9C6622CC}" and press Enter. Then press the Y key and Enter again. The Security Center is now completely disabled.
