Graphic editor "Adobe Photoshop" allows you to create literally any images and edit ready-made ones. For example, you can set the background to black instead of the one used previously.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the image you want to make the background black. Create a separate duplicate of the layer by choosing the Duplicate layer function, and make the layer containing the original image invisible by selecting the eye icon on the layer image.
Step 2
Go to the Background eraser tool in the toolbar and set the eraser to a suitable size. Select a higher stiffness and set the Tolerance line to 40%.
Step 3
Begin to gently erase the background around the object in the image by hovering your mouse over it in the form of an eraser and pressing the right button. Immediately after removing the main areas of the background, decrease the current brush size and lower the hardness level. This way you can remove background colors along the silhouette of your subject more neatly.
Step 4
Once the background is completely removed, go to the Fill tool and fill the area cleared from the background with black, creating a new layer. After that, you can zoom in on the image and examine it carefully for imperfections, after clearing the background area. If there are dots and spots left from the old background, use the background eraser again and go through these places.
Step 5
Apply the Shadow / Highlights function in the Adjustments menu to make the image light evenly. In the window that opens, go to the "Light" area and the "Effect", "Radius" and "Tonal Range" settings located in it. Click on the "View" item and adjust the settings sliders, trying to evenly darken the outlines of the object against a black background.
